Training body & mind helps us perform on track

We are pushing in all aspects to optimize performance on the track, and here is physical training an important part of it.
“A very key aspect of SimRacing is fitness. You will probably think, what the hell has SimRacing to
do with body fitness, at the moment. This is quite understandable because you are right at first
glance. Sim racers do not have to do sports to withstand massive G-forces pulling on your neck with 4 or 5 times your own body weight.
However, fitness and physical strength have an impact on other things sim racers definitely
need a lot like, concentration, durability, awareness, consistency and mental strength”
