From a very young age, Charlie has had a passion for racing games, starting with the first and second editions of the Gran Turismo franchise, where he eventually made it into the GT Academy National Finals in 2014.

In 2016 the Brit took on the well known iRacing platform on the competitive scenes, where he since then has achieved results, such as a second place at the 2020 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Charlie’s driving style is as he describes, quite aggressively and sometimes to his detriment. Very rarely will he settle for an ‘ok’ result, which shows the ambitious mindset he possesses.

Outside of sim racing, Charlie is into modifying cars, where he’s got a turbocharged Mk2 Mazda MX5. He also competes in Club100 which is an arrive-and-drive national Rotax karting championship.
